New 58-Bed Apartment Complex Proposed In Glasgow

Commercial Connexions (CC) have submitted a planning application for the development of an apartment complex in Glasgow.

CC have proposed a 58-bed short-stay apartment complex, with each featuring bathroom, kitchen and storage – alongside a gym and a sauna.

According to a report by reGlasgow, the planning application states that the development has been "designed more along the lines of a hotel, with high quality rooms, a high level of ancillary facilities, on-site 24/7 reception/concierge services, with the added bonus of being set in landscaped grounds with easy access to the city centre".

The proposal is set to be considered by Glasgow City Council planning committee.
