The former Bell Street Stables has been named the Best Renovation and Conversion at the annual Herald Property Awards.
The award is the fifth major award of the year for the CCG (Scotland) project, completed on behalf of the Wheatley Group.
Comprising the conversion of a former stable block belonging to the Glasgow City Council Cleansing Department from the late-Victorian era, the building now contains a stunning range 52 of one and two-bedroom apartments. Designed by Collective Architecture, it is one of the city's finest examples of building re-use and historical conservation.
The award is the second to have been granted to the development this September after having won a special RIAS Award, in partnership with Historic Environment Scotland, for Conservation and Climate Change.
CCG (Scotland) extend their congratulations to all of the project partners as well as all of the winners from the evening.
