Two CCG Projects Win Scottish Home Awards

Two CCG projects have won Scottish Home Awards, as the awards show held its first live event in more than a year.

The Anderson Bell Christie designed Craigmillar Town Centre was named as winner of the Housing Regeneration Project of the Year. The 194-home development is located just west of Edinburgh city centre and is the latest phase of housing-led regeneration that has been delivered by CCG on behalf of strategic partner, the City of Edinburgh Council. The completion of the project marks a significant milestone for CCG with over 600 mixed-tenure homes now delivered in the district since 2015.

After winning a prestigious RIAS Award earlier this month, Maryhill Locks Phase 4 (otherwise known as Lochgilp Street) received further recognition as it was announced the winner of Innovation in Design. The stunning 33-home development was designed by JM Architects and was delivered by CCG on behalf of igloo.

CCG congratulated all their partners involved in the delivery of these projects.
