Cruden Building East has started work on a new riverside development at Johnston Avenue, Stirling, which will see 24 new homes built on the site adjacent to the River Forth and nearby the landmark Wallace Monument.

Forth Housing Association appointed Cruden Building East, part of the Cruden Group, to deliver this project which will provide much needed affordable and sustainable homes to the Cornton area of Stirling. The value of the project is £3.7m.

The development, which has been designed by ARM Architects, will comprise a mix of energy-efficient two and three bedroom semi-detached houses, two bedroom terraced houses and one and two bedroom cottage flats. It has been carefully designed and all of the properties have been elevated to reflect the beautiful riverside location of the site.
