The JR Group has won a contract to build new housing in Kirkcaldy on behalf of Fife Housing Group.
The Paisley-based construction firm has been appointed by the Group as build contractor for the project, and is set to deliver 49 new homes in Glen Albyn.
Construction will start this summer and the new homes are expected to be delivered late-summer into autumn of 2022.
The project marks the first time The JR Group has worked with Fife Housing Group.
The JR Group is working closely with a range of partners for the project, including architect Oliver & Robb, employer’s agent, Hardies and engineer, Bayne Stevenson Associates.
Craig Whyte, Commercial Director at The JR Group, said: "It is great to have won the contract to take this exciting new project forward. The JR Group is making its regional debut on this project as it is the first time we have taken on a project in Fife, so we’re very much looking forward to getting started this summer and delivering new housing in the area.
