Cruden Building has been selected as the preferred contractor by Forth Housing Association to deliver 24 new affordable homes in Stirling.
The firm will commence work at the new development at Johnston Avenue in early May. The project will see the development of 24 new homes offering a mix of new, energy-efficient, semi-detached, and terraced houses and cottage flats.
The Cruden Group has a long-standing relationship with the housing association, previously delivering a housing project in Raploch.
Allan Callaghan, Managing Director, Cruden Building said: "We are delighted to carry on the strong working relationship previously forged between the Cruden Group and Forth Housing Association as we begin work on this exciting new development in Stirling to deliver 24 high-quality homes.
"As with all Cruden Group developments, we will also support the local residents by providing a range of community benefits including valuable jobs and training opportunities during the build."
