Maxi Construction Appointed To Edinburgh Housing Framework

Maxi Construction has been appointed to four lots of the City of Edinburgh Council's Housing Capital Works Framework Agreement.

The lots are:

• Lot 2 Multi-trade works less than £500k

• Lot 3 Multi-trade works greater than £500k

• Lot 11 Adaptations – Ramps

• Lot 16 External Works/NEPs (Neighbourhood Environmental Projects)

The 2-year framework runs from 30th November 2020 and has options to be extended for up to 2 years.

John Aitchison, Maxi Construction's MD, commented "We're pleased to continue our association with The City of Edinburgh Council for the provision of construction works via their framework agreements."
