Ogilvie Completes Construction Of New School Block

Ogilvie Construction have completed the construction of a new classroom block for Stewart's Melville College in Edinburgh.

The project consisted of the construction of a new two storey classroom block with a gross internal floor area of 1,832 m2. The block incorporates 4 classrooms, meeting rooms, stores, circulation spaces, toilets and showers.

Squires and Brown were architect on the project, alongside Structural and Civil Engineer Harley Haddow, PLC Consulting and quantity surveyor, Thomson Bethune.

Stewart's Melville College is part of Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools, the largest family of independent schools in Europe.
