Fife Housing Group has been named as the best Housing Association to work for in Scotland.
The award follows the Group being listed at 32 in the UK-wide 'Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations To Work For'.
Measured across eight factors ranging from leadership to personal growth opportunities and wellbeing, the Best Companies Index (BCI) is accepted as the UK standard for employee engagement and this accolade acknowledges the focus we place on their colleagues, every one of whom has an important part to play in fulfilling our shared purpose.
