A planning application has been submitted for a proposed housing development on a derelict B-listed tenement building at Glasgow Green.
The Inn on the Green, a former hotel, was destroyed by fire in 2014. LAR Housing Trust has now proposed the construction of 45 new flats on the site, retaining the facade of the building.
In their submission to Glasgow city planners, LAR Housing Trust highlighted the significant damage to interior and structure of the building, which they have said is "severe and unsalvageable".
The proposal includes eight one-bedroom and 37 two-bedroom flats, alongside secure cycle stores for each, a laundry, indoor recreation space and flexible office space.
