Leading builder in the affordable housing sector, McTaggart Construction has a vacancy for a Senior Contracts Manager.

Candidates must be experienced in a similar role with a main contractor/house builder.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, their roles and responsibilities to include:

• Team building & leadership

• Health & safety

• Programming & scheduling

• Quality control

• Subcontractor and direct labour management

• Attending meetings/preparing reports

• Client relations

• Close collaboration with our Commercial Team

Candidates must be technically competent, have experience of different types of construction methods, be computer literate, have a basic knowledge and understanding of contract conditions and ideally, have some experience of pre-construction /design development activities.
