North Lanarkshire Council has invited local groups, organisations and individuals to find out more about the potential for Community Asset Transfer of the Viewpark Gardens.

Interested parties are invited to attend public events to find out more about the potential for Community Asset Transfer of the Viewpark Gardens site and/or lease of adjacent buildings.

The events include:

• Open information event - Thursday 6 February - 5.00pm - 7.00pm

View visuals and map of the Viewpark Garden site and buildings and learn more about Community Asset Transfers.

• Open meeting - Thursday 6 February - 7.15pm - 8.00pm

Discuss additional information/support required by community groups and organisations to help them make informed decisions about potential of a Community Asset Transfer.

• Visit to the overall site - Friday 7 February - 10.00am - 3.00pm

Opportunity for community groups and organisations to visit the Viewpark Gardens site and buildings.

Representatives from the Community Partnership Team will be available between 11am -1pm to support walk arounds and answer any questions community groups/organisations may have.
