Maxi Construction has completed redevelopment works on behalf of Maxi Haulage in Bellshill.

The new building provides warehousing, office space, mess, welfare accommodation and meeting rooms, designed and built by Maxi.

The works also included replacement insulation, cladding and roller shutter doors to an existing warehouse within the operational haulage depot and external refurbishment works including increased secure parking, concrete hardstanding and refurbishment and calibration of the weighbridge.

The redeveloped Bellshill depot now provides 22,000ft2 of warehousing and office accommodation.
