Perth & Kinross Council have announced that essential resurfacing works on a section of the A93 Glasgow Road in Perth will begin on Sunday 10 October.
The works will be carried out at the Glasgow Road roundabout at Lamberkine Drive/Broxden Avenue (leading to Broxden services) and on the carriageway heading west towards Broxden Roundabout, weather permitting.
The works are scheduled to last for five nights, with temporary traffic lights in operation nightly between 9.00 pm and 6.00am, to ensure that traffic can still access Broxden Services and Glasgow Road.
A signed diversion will be in place to access Lamberkine Drive during working hours, via Glasgow Road, Oakbank Place, Oakbank Road, Fairhill Crescent, Cedar Drive onto Lamberkine Drive, and vice versa. This is to minimise traffic queuing onto Broxden Roundabout and the A9, and to ensure the resurfacing is completed as efficiently as possible.
