CCG (Scotland) has secured its place on every lot of the Scotland Excel New Build Residential Framework.

The recently launched framework is designed specifically to meet the needs of the Scottish affordable housing sector in order to create a simple and efficient way for public sector bodies to procure new build developments.

Clients will be able to call on CCG as their construction partner at any stage, covering projects of all type and scale.

Access to the Framework will be available until July 2021, with an option to extend by a further two years into 2023.

CCG is lined up to service Central Scotland, ensuring that the affordable housing sector has access to industry-leading standards of construction, offsite manufacturing and community benefit.
