CCG Homes' Riverford Gardens development has received three nominations in this years Herald Property Awards.
Riverford is the latest project to be completed by CCG Homes, consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom semi-detached homes and 4-bedroom terraced villas,
The development is described as a "modern interpretation of the Glasgow South terraced house type". Since the sales launch in September 2018, they have gone on to sell over 50 homes including 35 from plan.
The project has been nominated for Development of the Year, Best Apartment and Best Family Home (Small).
A second CCG Group project, the Anderston Regeneration, has also been nominated in the awards.
Spanning nearly 10 years of construction, the five-phase 542-home masterplan is one of the leading examples of urban regeneration in Scotland. It was formally completed in December 2018 with the installation of the infamous Charles Rennie MacKintosh Statue.
The project has been nominated for Best Regeneration.
