CCG Completes New Private Care Facility In West Dunbartonshire

Construction News Image
The construction of a new private care facility in Duntocher, West Dunbartonshire, has been completed by CCG on behalf of Morrison Community Care Group.

Kingsacre Luxury Suites is an £8.2m state-of-the-art, 66-bed residence set on a picturesque countryside location and is latest to be added to the group's growing portfolio of luxury care homes across the central belt of the country.

Residents are provided with private, landscaped gardens, along with a number of lounges, libraries, a putting lounge and champagne bar whilst a range of care services will also be delivered on site, including residential, nursing and respite care.

CCG was responsible for the construction of Kingsacre Luxury Suites and is the second to have been delivered by the firm in as many years having already completed Abbotsford House Luxury Suites in 2017, a care home that would go on to be sold by Morrison Community Care earlier this year.

The firms will team up again in the autumn with a third luxury care home located in Troon.

Alastair Wylie, Chairman and CEO of CCG said: "Morrison Community Care's commitment to quality is undoubted and their ethos very much aligns with CCG's own standards. That is why our partnership has continued to grow from strength to strength and we very much look forward to continuing our work together as we take our next steps forward."

Paul Sokhi, Morrison Community Care Managing Director also said: "Our 29 years' experience in the industry has shown us that people want to have fun in their old age and we want to encourage this through design and environment. By encouraging people out of the often-lonely surroundings of their own homes into an environment where there is a vibrant community we hope to give residents and their families an extra lease of life.

"We understand that people age at different rates and at different times, and as such we have a responsive, highly trained care and clinical team on site that will allow Kingsacre to be a home for life in every sense of the word. We were delighted to have CCG back on board and look forward to continuing our partnership."
