Clark Begin Work On New Residential Property

Clark Contracts have started work on a new £7 million six-storey building in Glasgow.

Grant Stafford Borthwick appointed Clark to deliver 54 new apartments on vacant land on Bell Street. The project is expected to last approximately 14 months.

In addition to the apartments, a commercial unit will be created along with a tenant car park, bike storage facilities and lifts to all floors.
