CCG has been appointed to the newly launched NH2 Offsite Construction of New Homes Framework, continuing their partnership with the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA).

NH2 is a renewal of the successful NH1 Framework which has been utilised by CCG and public sector partners to deliver hundreds of affordable homes across central Scotland. Launched in 2016, the Framework has developed new homes in Perth and Kinross, Cassillis Court and is part of a wider delivery of over 400 homes across East Ayrshire. Part of the development, Weirston Road, was named the Scottish Home Award 2019 winner.

A further 194 homes are currently being constructed as part of the Craigmillar Town Centre Masterplan on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council.

The SPA NH2 Framework offers public sector clients a streamlined approach to procurement compliance, offering quality and best value to members from the award of a contract (call-off) to completion of a project.
