The firm has built up a strong relationship with main contractors including Persimmon Homes and Barratt Developments, completing Phase 1 of the Greenlees Road site in Canbuslang for Persimmon Homes and Ferry Village in Glasgow.

They are set to begin work on a new development to build 200 homes for Barratt in Kilmarnock. E&P also social houses for Rosewood Homes and are currently finishing a project in Larkhall.
