Road Team Completing Delayed Works In Stirling

The Road Team at Stirling Council are carrying out resurfacing works on the A81 near Portend Farm, West of Port of Menteith.

It is understood that the Roads Team were due to finish today, 13 June, but a mechanical fault delayed the completion of the works. They are now expected to finish by Friday afternoon, weather dependent.

As a result of this delay, additional work due to start on Friday at Blairhoyle will be postponed until the week commencing 17 June.

Once both resurfacing works are complete, the team will move on to the A81/B822 junction near Balvalachan Cemetery.
