CCG Project Wins Homes For Scotland Award

CCG's Anderston Regeneration has been named as the winner of Best Affordable Housing project at the Homes for Scotland Awards 2019, which took place on Friday 17 May at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

The five-phase, 543-home development was constructed on behalf of Sanctuary Group over a near 10-year construction programme. The final phase (4 & 5) was officially completed last year where 206 mixed-tenure flats were delivered, bringing with it a new link to Glasgow's West End as well as a series of community benefit initiatives including the sustaining of 20 trade apprenticeships.

All phases were constructed utilising the CCG OSM 'iQ' Timber System ensuring that all homes were completed to the highest standards of quality and environmental performance.
