Arc-Tech Awarded Travelodge Contract

Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd has been appointed to a lead the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services for a brand-new hotel in Edinburgh.

The 70-room Travelodge, located in Edinburgh Park, is being delivered by Ogilvie Construction and is set to open to the general public in November.

Reaching 3 storeys, the hotel will be complete with a bar/ restaurant, kitchens, staff offices and support accommodation alongside full parking provision.

Glasgow-based Arc-Tech will provide a full turnkey solution for the contract providing Mechanical & Electrical Services & Public Health (MEP) consisting of a mix of ventilation, drainage, water supply and heating as well as lighting, fire, security and data communications systems.

The contract marks the second of its kind to have been assisted by Arc-Tech's turnkey services solution in 2019 and the third hotel project to have been completed in the last 18 months.
