Clark Contracts Named Finalists In BCO Awards

Two office fit out projects completed by Clark Contracts are finalists in the recycled/refurbished category of the 2019 British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards.

Clark Contracts completed the fit out of 310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow for Praxis Real Estate Management. The project involved the internal fit out of 66,123 sq. ft. from basement to 9th floor to CAT A standard including the replacement of services. The entrance area was refurbished to include a new glass entrance with revolving doors in addition to a new bike storage area, roof terrace and changing rooms with showers.

The second project which has been shortlisted is Atlantic Quay 3 which comprised the CAT A fit out of 79,500 sq. ft. of office space across 8 levels within Glasgow's International Financial Services District. Extensive mechanical and electrical replacement works were completed as part of the contract which was delivered for Resonance Capital.

The winners will be announced at the BCO Awards lunch at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Friday 17th May 2019.

Clark Contracts Fit Out Division has completed £37m of office fit outs in the last 3 years and are currently on site delivering the CAT A fit out of 85,000sq ft office space on Douglas Street in Glasgow City Centre.
