Scottish Apprenticeship Awards 2019

Nominations for the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards 2019 are now open.

Organised by Skills Development Scotland, the Awards recognise the outstanding contribution made by apprentices and "standout" examples of great practice from employers.

The Awards are a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements of apprentices and employers of all sizes who champion apprenticeships and promote diversity.

2019 Award Categories include:

• Apprentice Ambassador of the Year

• Foundation Apprentice of the Year

• Modern Apprentice of the Year – SCQF level 5

• Modern Apprentice of the Year – SCQF level 6+

• Graduate Apprentice Rising Star

• Apprentice Instructor of the Year

• SME Employer of the Year (1 – 249 employees)

• Large Employer of the Year (250 + employees)

The deadline for nominations is noon on Wednesday, 26 June, with winners revealed at a "glittering ceremony" in November.
