CCG (Scotland) is working closely with a local school in South Lanarkshire to minimise disruption on a nearby housing development.
The firm, along with South Lanarkshire Council, is delivering 30 affordable homes on a site adjacent to East Milton Primary School.
East Milton Primary School Head Teacher, Lesley Callaghan said: "CCG has worked closely with East Milton Primary School to minimise disruption, ensure the safety of pupils and to assist the school in the education of pupils. CCG's subcontractor Malcolm's even made mini telephones from plumbing pipes for infants to use when learning phonics as part of their Active Literacy and our nursery children, who developed their own mini-building site, were provided with high-vis vests and hard hats."
As well as providing curriculum support to pupils of the primary school and local colleges, CCG has also donated £1,500 to the school which will go towards the purchase of resuscitation manikins for the teaching of CPR to pupils, staff, parents and grandparents.
Daniel Lowe, Executive Director of Housing and Technical Resources at South Lanarkshire Council, added: "The council has worked with CCG on a number of projects over many years and we are delighted to be associated with them once again on this development of much-needed housing for this area.
"Not only is the development adjacent to East Milton Primary School, but it is actually on the site of the old school, so it is even more fitting that the school itself should benefit.
"In our experience, CCG has always been keen to link with whichever community they are working within, and I am delighted to see this continue."
