Planning approval has been granted for a large scale residential development at Wellshead Road, Dyce, Aberdeen, Halliday Fraser Munro (HFM) has announced.

The approved application of 283 flats is made up of several five-storey blocks. The buildings are positioned to create linear green open spaces which connect to local paths and the River Don; and to mitigate local strategic transport link noise. Within each block there will be a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed units with ground floor 4 bed family units having semi-private garden spaces.

The vision for this project is to create a welcoming residential development which responds to its local context. The site will include quality green open space, covered seating areas as well as two equipped children's play parks. This will provide a high quality, safe environment for future residents and the local community.
