Scottish Water has completed a £145,000 investment project to improve the water infrastructure in Dunoon.
The work to upgrade around 182 metres of pipework began in Ardenslate Road at the end of December 2018 and was carried out by the utility's contractors Clancy Docwra.
Ruaridh MacGregor, Scottish Water's corporate affairs regional manager, said: "Now that it's complete, this improvement work will help provide greater security of supply for customers by reducing the risk of burst mains.
"Once again, we'd like to thank everyone in the area for their patience and understanding during these essential works."
