Dundee City Council has approved revised plans for a mixed-use commercial and residential development at former jute mill, Pentlands Works.
Hiddleston and Feist Architects submitted new development plans on behalf of Ramsay's Properties, which the council has approved "subject to conditions".
It is understood that the development will retain commercial and light industrial use on the ground floor while proposing some 14 two-bedroom flats and three "superior" one-bedroom flats, alongside a gym and storage facility.
Speaking to the Evening Telegraph, Ian Hiddleston, said: "We are definitely pleased that we have received planning permission and listed building consent and thank you for the co-operation from the council."
