Dundee City Councillors are to consider proposals for more than £500,000 worth of work to improve council houses in the city.
Contracts to replace boilers and roofs in 157 homes from Broughty Ferry to Maryfield will be discussed by the council's neighbourhood services committee on Monday, 07 January.
Kevin Cordell committee convener said: "Warm, easy to heat and fuel efficient homes are a key part of our commitment to tenants and this significant investment helps us to continue to deliver on it."
The £564,000 worth of contracts are recommended for award to Dundee City Council's construction services division.
