£52m Development In Hamilton Receives Planning Permission

Avant Homes has been granted planning permission for a £52 million, 197 home development in Hamilton.

Avant will begin construction immediately on a variety of three and four-bedroom homes on the 22-acre Highstonehall site.

Avant Homes Scotland managing director David Knight said: "We're very pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted and that construction is now underway at our Highstonehall development in Hamilton. Investment in Scotland, and in particular the central belt, is very important to us. Demand for high-quality housing in an excellent location is very high in this area, and we're committed to ensuring this demand by homebuyers is met."
