Argyll and Bute Council are seeking tenants for the redeveloped Hermitage Park Pavilion.
The council said that "time is running out for anyone wishing to play a key role in the future of the stunning, redeveloped Hermitage Park".
Closing date for expressions of interest in the new Pavilion is 26 October 2018 at 12 noon.
The council described it as a "fantastic opportunity" to get in at the beginning of an exciting venture that is part of the social and economic development of Helensburgh.
Helensburgh's Hermitage Park is now firmly back at the heart of the community, in all its glory, after a £3.6m restoration and redevelopment by the council and the Friends of Hermitage Park Association. The new Passivhaus-designed Pavilion will create a vibrant hub and focal point for visitors to the park.
Overlooking the children's playpark, the Pavilion incorporates an attractive café, with fitted, commercial kitchen. Its close proximity to the pedestrian access from Sinclair Street will encourage passing trade. There is also a kiosk which can be incorporated within the café of let on separate basis.
Other features of the Pavilion include a south facing terrace, nearby car parking facilities and cover stands for bikes and buggies.
