A planning application has been submitted for 40 new homes on the former site of St Mark's Primary School on Muiryfauld Drive, Glasgow.
The Shettleston Housing Association (SHA) development will include a mix of cottage flats, semi-detached homes, townhouses and flats.
The homes will be designed by architects Anderson Bell Christie.
The site will also include 42 car parking spaces for residents and visitors.
It has lain undeveloped since a fire in 2012, and was acquired by the SHA in January.
Glasgow City Council will consider the planning application in the coming months.
