Construction is to begin on site to build 42 new homes in Glasgow.
Phase one of development will begin later this month.
Cassiltoun Housing Association will deliver the homes on three sites known as 'Barlia 3'.
The development will consist of a mixture of general needs, wheelchair adaptable and amenity elderly housing.
The project is being part funded by Glasgow City Council (£3.6 million) with private finance provided by CAF Bank and the Association contributing towards the total scheme costs.
