CCG (Scotland) has been appointed to Scottish Procurement Alliance's (SPA) new amalgamated framework.
The WD1 Windows and Door Framework is a combination of two highly successful frameworks for timber and PVC-U window and door products.
Having been previously part of the SPA TW3 Framework, the new TW4 Timber Workstream will continue to allow public sector clients in Scotland to access an efficient and cost-effective solution by procuring a wide range of high-quality timber windows and doors created by CCG's bespoke manufacturing arm, CCG Manufacturing.
CCG Manufacturing Manager, John Paton, said: "CCG has been a member of the SPA since its inception with a variety of frameworks in operation across the Group so we are delighted to continue our partnership with the TW4 Workstream of the WD1 framework servicing the Scottish public sector.
"Our capabilities in the design and manufacture of timber window and door products are industry-leading thanks to a mix of the very latest software and a group of highly-trained craftspeople that service a production line able to deliver the highest quality standard of finish whilst maximising security and environmental efficiency.
"CCG's USP is also in the installation of such products. Manufacturing works closely with CCG Asset Management and CCG Specialist Building Services to offer clients a fully integrated installation and we are delighted to offer a 10-year 'One Supply and Fit' guarantee as part of this service."
SPA Director, Clive Feeney, added: "WD1 is the first version of a new Framework that is a combination of the highly successful TW3 Timber & U9 PVC-U Windows and Doors Frameworks. Our Windows and Doors Frameworks have been the cornerstone of our business for over 40 years.
"Our technical specialists have been supporting public sector colleagues with the procurement and specification of a wide range of products through 10 versions of the 'U' framework combined with variations of the 'TW' framework. Combining these two frameworks will allow our partners a clearer view of the solutions available to them."
