hWS Appoints New Housing Delivery Partners

hub West Scotland has appointed four new Housing Delivery Partners.

Contractors CCG, Cruden, Engie and Lovell all demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent value for money and to working collaboratively to deliver high quality developments.

They will now have the opportunity to bid to deliver the £15m Tom Johnstone House development for East Dunbartonshire Council. The project will deliver over 100 high quality social homes in Kirkintilloch.

As a result of the responses hWS has also decided to maintain a relationship with three further contractors: JR Group, Stewart and Shields, and CBC. These organisations will allow hWS to expand the programme should they receive a specific Participant request, business development opportunity, require additional capacity or specialist expertise.
