Scottish building preservation company Richardson and Starling has opened a new office in Inverness, creating seven new local jobs.
The company has already recruited a property surveyor and are still searching for five new technicians and a property surveyor.
The new employees will work at the Henderson Drive site, servicing Inverness and the Highlands.
"There is a strong market for our services in Inverness and the Highlands with a high demand to use local-based companies," said Richardson & Starling's managing director, Graham Duncan.
"Until now we have serviced the area from our Elgin office but we are keen to work more closely with local suppliers, so setting up an Inverness office was the next obvious step for us."
The new office brings the company's branch network to 13 across Scotland and the North of England.
