Plans for a new 433-home development at the western edge of Cowie in Stirling have been given the green light for the Scottish Government Reporter, according to reports.
The plans were rejected last year by Stirling Council after an agreement could not be reached with the developers to provide education contributions.
The development will be part of Taylor Wimpey's masterplan vision for land at Berryhills, Cowie. Other projects include a nature park, formal public open spaces, community areas, land for employment uses and links to the existing community of Cowie.
