Plans have been approved to transform a former Dundee jute mill into a new 39-flat development.
Dundee City Council has granted permission for the project on the Burnside Mill site in Lochee.
The development will consist of two and three-bed flats and includes the restoration of the existing stone building.
The council aims to preserve the building and conservation area.
Before construction begins, details of the specification and colour of the proposed external finishes must be submitted for approval.
The building, first built as a warehouse wing in the 1830s, was last used as a sports centre.
