Residents in Fife are being invited to submit their views over a proposed housing development in Cardenden.
The council said a planning application to deliver new homes on Cardenden Rd and Carden Crescent will be submitted in the next few months.
As part of the local authority's Phase III Affordable Housing Programme, a drop-in event to discuss the project is being held in the Corrie Centre in Cardenden beteween 4pm – 7pm on 19 June. The event will be hosted jointly by the developer and Fife Council's affordable housing staff. Members of the public are invited to discuss the proposals and view the proposed layout and housing types.
Cllr Judy Hamilton: "We have successfully delivered Phase II of the Affordable Housing programme and many families across Fife are benefiting from living in the high quality homes. Phase Three of the programme aims to build on this success by continuing to work with our stakeholders, identify sites and deliver more council houses.
"Council officers will be at the venue to discuss the plans for the proposed site and I encourage people to go along ask questions and find out more."
