More than 90 new homes are to be built in Banff, Aberdeenshire.
Plans have been approved for Springfield Properties to develop the 94-home scheme off Golden Knowes Road.
Featuring two-, three- and four-bedroom homes along with two-bedroom cottage flats, the scheme is designed to be spacious with ample green space and a play park for children. Footpaths and cycle routes are also planned throughout the site.
Springfield Properties' North Sales Manager, Joyce Hadden, said: "Now our designs have been given the green light, we will be aiming to go on sale later this year.
"We're really pleased to be able to offer our high quality and energy efficient homes to the people of Banff. 27 of the homes on the site will be for general sale. These homes will qualify for Help to Buy making them ideal for first time buyers. They'd even suit growing families wanting to move up the ladder and those looking to downsize.
"The remaining 67 of the homes approved for the development will be affordable and we are working with a local housing association to deliver these."
