More than £2 million worth of council housing improvements are to be carried out in Dundee.
The council's Neighbourhood Services Committee will meet next week to discuss awarding a series of tenders for the work, which includes;
• Roof replacement to properties in Camperdown, Corso Street, part of West Kirkton and St Mary's
• Window replacement to properties in Kirk Street
The committee is being recommended to accept Dundee City Council's construction services as the tender for all the projects.
Cllr Anne Rendall said: "We are planning massive programme of works, targeting the issues that tenants have told us are important.
"It's great to see improvements to Dundee City Council's housing stock, to ensure that people are living in houses that are fit for the 21st century and as warm, fuel-efficient and comfortable as possible."
The Neighbourhood Services Committee will meet on Monday, 04 June.
