More than 50 new luxury apartments are to be built in Currie, Edinburgh.
Ogilvie Construction has started work on the £9.3 million River Mill scheme located on the banks of the Waterway of Leith.
A total of 53 two and three bedroom apartments will be built over two phases across six blocks, with the units finished to a high quality specification, with stylish contemporary exteriors and modern interiors which feature open floor plans. The project is being delivered for Dunaven Homes.
Donald MacDonald, Managing Director, Ogilvie Construction, said: "We are delighted to have been chosen to build such a high quality development in a unique waterway setting.
"We are working closely with the team at Dunhaven Homes to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the highest specification, while ensuring the minimum disruption in the immediate area and engaging with the community throughout."
