McTaggart Secures Place On Housing Delivering Framework

McTaggart Construction has secured a place on the Scottish Procurement Alliance H1 Framework for Housing Delivery.

The four-year programme has been created to help deliver the Scottish Government's 50,000 new homes target by 2021.

In addition, it enables any publicly funded body in Scotland to appoint framework contractors directly or through mini-competition.

The framework will be offered in three project sizes in multiple regions:

• Projects of up to 15 Units

• Projects of between 16 and 49 Units

• Projects of 50 Units

McTaggart secured a framework appointment for all the lots and locations it applied for, which includes 9 lots in each of the categories above across central Scotland and beyond.
