Work to build 16 new council homes in Cumbernauld is now complete.
Provost of North Lanarkshire, Councillor Jean Jones, recently unveiled a plaque officially opening the site at Nursery Court, Kildrum.
The project marks the council's 20th housing development as part of the NL Homes programme, which will see 5,000 new homes delivered by 2035. The scheme was delivered by developer, Lovell Partnerships.
Stephen Profilli, regional managing director for Lovell in Scotland, said: "We have been working with North Lanarkshire Council for almost 13 years and are delighted to have delivered a range of new homes for social rent in the area, including Nursery Court in Kildrum, as part of North Lanarkshire's ongoing programme to provide new affordable housing.
"Lovell has considerable experience delivering well-designed, modern and energy-efficient housing, and these new cottage flats at Nursery Court have been built to the Building Standards Sustainability Level of Silver, providing energy-efficient and modern homes suited to the needs of residents."
