Roadworks are to be carried out on the A90 at Charleston in Aberdeen.
The scheme from the A956 Wellington Road onto the A90 is being carried out as part of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route/Balmedie to Tipperty (AWPR/B-T) project.
The project will involve lining works and installing road studs. It is required to enhance the safety of workers who will be operating within a confined works area. Diversions will be in place.
A Transport Scotland spokesperson said: "The temporary short-term closure of the Charleston southbound slip road onto the A90 has been timed to take place overnight when traffic is normally quieter to help minimise the impact it may have on road users. However, road users who would normally use this route should plan their journeys in advance so that they can reach their destination safely and on time.
"We would like to ask road users to drive with more caution than usual and to observe all signage for their own safety, as well as for the safety of other road users and the construction workforce.
"We would also like to thank road users and the local community for their on-going support and patience during the construction works."
