Work is underway on a £137,000 road repairs project in Dumbarton.
Scotland TranServ has started resurfacing 0.6kms of the A82 Southbound Renton on and offslip roads.
The scheme is being carried out while the slips are closed for the A82 Leven Bridge waterproofing and resurfacing contraflow to minimise disruption to road users. Completion is scheduled for Monday, 26 March.
Alan Murray, Scotland TranServ's Principal Road Design Engineer said: "Following discussions with locally elected members, and the deterioration of the road surface due to the recent bad weather, Scotland TranServ has moved forward the resurfacing of the slip roads to be completed within the existing traffic management, and ahead of the Easter holidays.
"Where possible, working in liaison with local authorities and Police Scotland, we try to schedule our works to reduce the impact on the travelling public, avoiding major events and local public holidays. This significant programme of work will see the entire slip road resurfaced under an existing closure."
