Glasgow-based Maryhill Housing has strengthened its senior team with two new appointments.

Jennifer Simon has been appointed Director of Operations, while Rebecca Wilson has been selected as Director of Resources.

Following her recent role as interim Director of Operations at Maryhill, Ms Simon has a long history with the Association having been Head of Housing since joining in 2011. She has also worked for 30 years within the housing sector and for a number of Associations across the UK.

In her new role, Ms Simon will be responsible for all customer-facing parts of the organisation including housing management, property maintenance, customer contact, regeneration and the in-house neighbourhood team.

Elsewhere, Ms Wilson has joined the organisation after serving as Chief Executive of Barony Housing Association for seven years. She will be responsible for finance and external audit, new build development, risk management including internal audit, new business development and option appraisals.

Commenting on the appointments, Chief Executive Bryony Willett said: "These are important appointments and leadership roles that well equip Maryhill Housing for the future.
