Turner Property Services has won a £750,000 contract to deliver reactive maintenance services on properties in the Bellsmyre area of Dumbarton.

The three-year deal is worth £250,000 per year and will see multi-trade repair services to all properties owned by Bellsmyre Housing Association (HA).

Barry Johnstone, Area Director, said: "A recent independent tenant survey indicated improvement in all Scottish Social Housing Charter satisfaction indicators. The survey also highlighted that tenants identify reactive maintenance as the most visible and important service Bellsmyre provide.


"Accordingly we believe this new partnership with Turner Property Services will deliver further improvement, providing Bellsmyre tenants with a responsive and quality repairs service."

Turner Property Services Managing Director, Craig Boath, said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with Bellsmyre Housing Association delivering a high quality repairs & maintenance service, enhancing the customer experience of the repairs service resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
