Kier has won a three-year £8 million facilities management (FM) contract with the British Red Cross.
The company will deliver FM services for 620 shops, storage facilities and other buildings across the UK, from Northern Ireland to the Channel Islands and Orkney, Scotland.
Features of the contract include;
• Mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance
• Reactive work
• Compliance testing, fire alarms and security system maintenance
• Cleaning
• Waste services including clinical waste
• Fire and water risk assessments
